Check-in is at 4pm EST. The minimum age to check into our hotel is 18 years old.

Check-out is at 11am EST.

Yes, a $30.00 USD deposit is requred per room, per night for incidentals.

A valid credit or debit card is required to check into the hotel however, guests may use cash or a credit/debit card at check-out to settle their bill. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diner’s Club.

For any reservation not secured with the hotel directly, you must contact the booking agent or website where you made the original reservation. Please review your confirmation details closely to confirm how you secured your reservation.

While the hotel does not operate the parking garage connected to the hotel, discounted self-parking options are available onsite for $21 USD per night with in and out privileges (subject to change). For additional information, please contact our Front Desk team at 404-347-9400. Valet parking is unavailable at this time. 

No, the hotel does not provide any shuttle service. However, Georgia Tech's complimentary shuttle, the Tech Trolley, provides guests transportation arriving and departing from the Midtown MARTA Transit Station. Follow the signs for the Tech Trolley pick up location on 5th Street. For scheduled times visit Tech Trolley.

Yes! Stop by the Tech Square Tavern for a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere with an enjoyable variety of culinary selections. Dining is also available at our Conference Dining Room and Lobby Bar.

Yes! Enjoy our indoor pool during your stay in Atlanta. 

No, smoking is not permitted inside the hotel or on the hotel grounds. 

Pets are not permitted at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. We allow only official service animals. 

WiFi access is complimentary for all guests at Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center (and covers all areas inside the property). 

Yes, we will store small packages for a guest without a fee up to four days prior to arrival. For any large shipment, guests must call the hotel directly at 404-347-9440 for more details and costs. You must have a valid reservation or be a registered guest at the Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. For everyone's safety, if the package does not have a registered guest name, it will be returned to sender.
